WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We're going to dress to impress, and we invite you to do the same! We're asking for elevated cocktail attire – think dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates for women; suits or jackets for men (ties not required but Fitz will certainly be wearing one). Bring your dancing shoes!
I'M CONFUSED, IS THE WEDDING AT A HOTEL OR A RESTAURANT?
What a good question! Both. Tavenetta Vail is a fantastic restaurant that happens to be located inside the Four Seasons. We'll be at Tavernetta for the entire celebration – from the ceremony on the terrace, to cocktail hour, to the dance party following dinner!
DO I NEED TO STAY AT THE FOUR SEASONS?
No, definitely not! There are tons of options for accommodations in Vail, from hotels in the Village to those on the outskirts, to Airbnbs and condos. We've negotiated a pretty sweet deal at Four Seasons, but if for whatever reason that isn't your jam, we do recommend trying to find a place in Vail Village for ease (the welcome party and wedding celebration are pretty walkable from anywhere in the Village). If you choose to stay outside the Village, Ubers are pretty easy to get!
IS THERE PARKING FOR THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?
If you're not staying in Vail Village, there are ample parking garages within walking distance to the Four Seasons (if you're driving, we recommend arriving in Vail at least 25 minutes before the ceremony at 5pm to allow time for parking and getting to the venue).
WHAT'S THE WEATHER LIKE IN VAIL IN AUGUST?
August in Vail is beautiful! Expect daytime temperatures in the 70s-80s°F and cooler evenings in the 50s-60s°F. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap in case it gets chilly at night, but we'll be mostly indoors after 6pm. In case of rain, we have an indoor ceremony backup location.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony start time. The ceremony will begin promptly at the scheduled time.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?
No need, our photographer will capture all the special moments! Feel free to take photos during cocktail hour and reception, but we'd love for you to keep phones/cameras down during the ceremony.
WILL THERE BE MEAL OPTIONS FOR GUESTS WITH DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP and we'll work with Tavernetta to accommodate your needs to the best of their ability.
DO I NEED TO GIVE YOU ENTREE SELECTIONS WHEN I RSVP?
No need, we're doing this family-style!
ARE KIDS WELCOME?
We love your little ones, but this is an adults-only celebration.

WILL THERE BE DANCING?
We cannot stress enough how excited we are to have an epic dance party with all our favorite people! Seriously, come prepared to boogie.
